Service Fee
Chalk charges a 5% service fee on all transactions processed through the platform. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing infrastructure, customer support, security, and compliance.

Who Pays the Fee
This service fee may appear as a separate “Service fee” line at checkout, or be included in the stated price — depending on the setting chosen by the coach, tournament director, or organization administrator.
In all cases, the service fee is disclosed before payment is completed.

This is a platform service fee charged by Chalk for use of the platform. It is not a credit card surcharge or card processing fee. Service fees are permitted in all 50 US states and comply with Visa and Mastercard network rules.
